What You’ll Do
As a Consultant Intern at BTS, you’ll support organizations in translating their strategies into action.
You’ll work closely with clients — from senior executives to emerging leaders — to help design and deliver experiences that change how people think, act, and lead.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting the facilitation of strategic workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtual, helping teams connect their goals to business performance.
- Contributing to the design of customized learning journeys and simulations, in partnership with our integral Centers of Expertise.
- Analyzing business challenges to generate insights and recommendations that bridge strategy, leadership, and execution.
- Supporting the management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, impact, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, bringing together creativity, analytical thinking, and a human touch.
