we’re launching an elite Graduate Program – Sales designed for the top 3% of young talent. This is not a classic entry-level role. It’s a fast-track program with structured rotations and a clear goal: turn you into a high-performing Account Executive in 18 months, supported by a world-class Sales Academy. You’ll go through 4 consecutive roles, each with clear goals, coaching and KPIs: * 6 months – BDR (Business Development Representative) o Qualify leads. o Learn discovery basics, opportunity qualification and handoff to AE. * 6 months – BDR Mid-Market (Business Development Representative) o Learn how to generate pipeline from scratch. o Master prospecting, outbound sequences, first touch and meeting setting.
