Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate customer records in our internal database systems.

- Native or fluent Hungarian (spoken and written).
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is considered a significant advantage.
