Offer Description
Mission:
Perform modeling and simulation of Langevin equations applied to ion channels.
Functions to be developed:
- Design, program and maintain the code necessary for simulation models.
- Implement stochastic process techniques for the development of ion channel simulation schemes.
- Run the numerical simulations.
- Collaborate in the analysis and validation of results within the scientific project.
- Mathematical description of stochastic processes.




- Mathematical or computational modeling of biological, physical or chemical systems.

Professional Experience:
- In modeling or simulation of ion channels.
- In the use of stochastic processes and simulation methods.
- In scientific programming for numerical simulations (Fortran 90, Python).
- Experience in functions similar to those described will be valued, specifically in the development of research activities, both in the university and industrial environment.
