Based at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid, within the Sales & Events Department, the Events Manager is responsible for leading the coordination,



execution and commercial performance of events, ensuring outstanding client satisfaction, operational excellence and full compliance with Mandarin Oriental standards. The role contributes to both the operational and financial performance of the Events function.

The role reports directly to the Director of Events and supervises the Events Sales Executive.

As Events Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Achieving annual catering and events revenue targets.
- Managing key corporate and social event accounts.
- Supporting pricing strategies, contract negotiations and yield management.
- Preparing budgets, forecasts and pace analyses.
- Leading and developing the Events Sales Executive.
- Collaborating closely with Banquets, Culinary, Revenue Management and Marketing teams.
- Ensuring flawless event contracting, planning and handover processes.
- Identifying new business opportuni
