Job Description
As General Manager of SLS Residences Infantas Madrid, you will lead the opening and day-to-day success of our first standalone SLS residence in Spain. More than overseeing operations, you will shape a bold, refined and highly personalised residential experience where service feels effortless, community feels vibrant,
and every detail reflects the spirit of SLS.
What you’ll do…
- Lead the homeowner journey end to end.
You oversee every stage of the residential experience, from handover and welcome to daily living, community integration and long-term homeowner satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional residential service standards
You bring SLS service promise to life through clear procedures, elevated standards, and thoughtful training, and ensure a consistently distinctive and anticipatory homeowner experience.
- Build trusted homeowner relationships, support HOA governance and alignment.
You serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, creating lasting relationships built on empathy, discretion, responsiveness, and personalised care. Working closely with the Homeowners Association (HOA), you ensure transparent communication, compliance with bylaws, and active participation in community governance.
