Inside Sales Representatives for a market-leading producer of fertilisers for cannabis
cultivation.
This is an on-site role requiring five days a week in the Barcelona office.

For this role, it is important to have at least a basic understanding of cannabis cultivation and to be familiar with potential customers and competitors in the industry.

Founded more than 25 years ago, the company was among the pioneers in developing nutrient systems specifically designed for the cannabis plant.

With an established presence in more than 100 international markets, the company works with a broad network of growers, retailers and distributors worldwide. Its Barcelona office plays an important role in serving international customers and supporting the continued growth of the business. You will join an experienced, international team in a hands-on commercial role, with the opportunity to develop your B2B sales skills and gain in-depth knowledge of the cannabis cultivation industry.

In this role,



you will manage phone-based sales with both new leads and existing customers, primarily grow shops and other retailers in the cannabis industry. You will handle the full sales cycle, from the first contact and product presentation to processing orders and maintaining customer follow-up. Fluent English and advanced Spanish, both written and spoken, are essential, as you will communicate with customers daily by phone and email.

We are looking for someone with previous B2B sales experience who is confident selling over the phone and communicates clearly and professionally. You should be comfortable using CRM systems to manage customer records, sales opportunities, follow-ups and orders. Previous experience in the cannabis industry, cultivation knowledge or a good understanding of the grow-shop market would be highly valued. We are looking for a proactive, organised and reliable person who learns quickly.

Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm; Friday,
