Campaign Marketing Specialis
t to join our Marketing Team.

At Xpeer, our mission is to transform continuing medical education by making high-quality, accredited learning more accessible, engaging and relevant for healthcare professionals worldwide.

In this role, you will help us grow that mission by planning, launching and optimising marketing campaigns across different audiences, markets and channels. You will work on both B2C and B2B initiatives, supporting campaigns aimed at healthcare professionals as well as healthcare and life sciences organisations.

This is a hands-on and transversal role combining campaign management, acquisition, digital marketing, marketing technology and project coordination.





We are looking for someone curious, proactive and comfortable managing campaigns end-to-end, testing new approaches and adapting to an evolving marketing environment. The focus is not on one specific channel, but on understanding how to reach the right audience through the most effective mix of channels, tools and technologies.

What you'll do
- Manage multiple marketing campaigns end-to-end, from brief and planning through launch, optimisation and reporting.
- Develop acquisition, engagement and lead generation strategies across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across different channels, including paid media, email, CRM, landing pages, partnerships, organic channels and new acquisition initiatives.
- Manage and optimise audiences, campaign structures, creatives, conversion journeys and performance.
