Engineering Manager – Madrid (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced
Engineering Manager
to join a growing international technology company based in Madrid.

This is an opportunity to lead software engineering teams, develop talent and drive improvements in engineering delivery, quality and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop software engineering teams.
- Build autonomous, high-performing teams.
- Improve delivery processes and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and technical leaders.
- Support the adoption of modern engineering practices and AI tools.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Engineering Management.
- Strong background in software engineering.
- Proven people management and team development experience.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent Spanish and at least B1 English.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
