Following our growth and expansion strategy, we are looking to strengthen our team by incorporating a
Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing and credit notes, ensuring their correct accounting treatment.
- Record, allocate, and reconcile customer payments.
- Review customer accounts and follow up on overdue balances.
- Resolve billing and payment discrepancies and issues in coordination with the Sales and Treasury teams.
- Monitor credit limits and assess credit risk before releasing orders, in accordance with established procedures and authorization levels.
- Support credit insurance management and the preparation of documentation relating to bad debts and payment defaults.




- Prepare customer-related information required for month-end and year-end closing processes and audits.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue receivables.

Required Profile
- Higher vocational qualification in Administration and Finance or equivalent.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections management, and credit risk monitoring.
- Good command of Excel and English, with the ability to communicate with customers and subsidiaries.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central and credit insurance will be considered an advantage.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage payment collection requests and disputes.
