The role

We are looking for a
Group Consolidation & Reporting Manager
to run the consolidation and external financial reporting of a complex, multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction group under IFRS. You will be a key technical contributor on group reporting and a day-to-day contact for our external auditors, working closely with local finance teams across our markets.

This is a hands-on role: you will be close to the numbers and the process every day.

What you will do:
- Run the group consolidation process across all entities and jurisdictions under IFRS
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and group reporting packages




- Support the group audit to close — day-to-day contact for external auditors, managing audit requests, timelines and technical queries
- Apply IFRS technical accounting positions and help ensure consistent application of group accounting policy across markets
- Help improve and scale consolidation processes, controls and tools as the group grows
- Partner with local finance teams to ensure quality and timeliness of reporting inputs
- Support management and board reporting with reliable, audit-ready numbers

What we are looking for:
- 5+ years in group consolidation and/or audit of consolidated IFRS financial statements,
- ideally for multinational groups
- Solid technical knowledge of IFRS and multi-entity consolidation
- Experience working with external auditors through an audit cycle
- Big Four or audit-firm training a plus
- Fluent English (our working language); additional European languages a plus
- Hands-on, detail-
