An international company in the Energy sector is seeking a Manager to lead the Business Development of Utility-Scale projects in Spain.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development strategy and execution of utility-scale infrastructure projects from early-stage assessment through to RTB.
- Manage project schedules, permitting activities, stakeholder engagement, and critical development milestones.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment across technical, legal, regulatory, and commercial workstreams.
- Oversee relationships with public administrations, consultants, landowners, and external partners involved in project development.
- Monitor project risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation measures and strategic solutions to support successful project delivery.
- Support negotiations of key agreements and facilitate coordination with internal and external legal advisors.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and development obligations throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile:




- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex permitting and project development processes.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects in dynamic environments.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Availability to travel when required. (must)
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
