Nalco is currently seeking a
Project Engineer
Trainee to join our Industrial Engineering team in
Barcelona

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Support the Equipment Engineering and Equipment Maintenance teams in implementing an internal GMAO software.
- Work closely with Nalco partners and vendors, and interface with third-party equipment providers as required.
- Perform technical and administrative tasks related to equipment inventory, maintenance plans, and work orders.
- Participate in site planning activities and occasionally provide help desk support.
- Ensure compliance with project KPIs (safety, quality, cost, and time) and all Nalco Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Science with a Water Treatment specialization.
- English level B2 and native Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.




- Problem-solving attitude.
- Power BI knowledge.

The position is partially remote and partially based in the Sant Joan Despí office. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required.
