Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Lead to lead our Cards Growth & Partnerships team within the Payments Tribe in Spain. The team’s mission is to turn Cards into a sustainable growth and income engine for ING Spain, driving customer acquisition, activation, usage and engagement, developing distinctive propositions and building strategic partnerships. We work end-to-end, customer-focused and data-driven, bringing together Business, Tech, Ops and other key stakeholders to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Your key responsibilities:

As Business Lead for Cards Growth & Partnerships, you will:
- Own the Cards growth strategy, commercial performance and roadmap.
- Drive acquisition, activation, usage, engagement and retention across debit and credit cards.
- Lead the development of distinctive Cards propositions and new growth opportunities.




- Build and manage strategic partnerships with schemes, processors, wallets, merchants and fintechs.
- Drive a data-led commercial approach, managing funnels, customer value and Cards economics.
- Prioritise the Cards growth portfolio and make customer, commercial and capacity trade-offs.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders across ING and external partners.
- Ensure strong risk management, execution and benefits realisation.
- Contribute to the overall Payments strategy, scorecard and One Payments ambition.
