Position Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified candidate for a long-term contract.

The employee is expected to work on multiple on-going and up-coming R&D; projects, with a cross-disciplinary team. The employee must excel in a dynamic, multitasking environment,



demonstrating strong teamwork skills while contributing to the efficient operation of the R&D; department and laboratory, upholding the high-quality standards established by DIVERSA. The employee must be proactive and have a great positive mindset, flexibility, and adaptability to changes. Key responsibilities include collaborating on various R&D; projects, ensuring adherence to laboratory quality standards, and engaging with all departments within DIVERSA.

Areas of Responsibility
- Design and execution of experiments to develop and optimize nanoformulations for therapeutic applications, ensuring the successful completion of assigned projects.
- Drive innovation by establishing and implementing advanced analytical and characterization techniques for nanoparticles.
- Develop and validate novel methods for assessing the physical, chemical, and functional properties of nanocarriers.
