- Shared Services, Vendor Management & Agile Delivery

Preferred Certifications:
ITIL v3/v4, SAFe (CSM/POPM), TBM/Apptio, or Lean Six Sigma.

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Analytics, or Industrial Engineering.
Candidates with experience in
general enterprises, IT operating model transformation, or management consulting
