About The Job
Job purpose
As a Job title, your main objective is to
- Contribute to the development and deployment of Global AXA Business Continuity Management Framework and End‑to‑End Business Resilience approach.
- Monitor the alignment of AXA entities with the Global Business Continuity Framework and the End-to-End Business Resilience methodology.
- Support and guide DORA‑in‑scope entities in the identification of Critical Important Functions (CIFs).
- Serve as a point of contact for Business Continuity Management, providing advisory support as required.
- Develop and deliver best‑practice materials to help entities to implement their local Business Continuity programs
- Establish and maintain relationships with entity BCM representatives, providing ongoing support and guidance to global teams.
- Provide continuous oversight to entities and produce executive governance reporting.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Supply Resilience framework.
- Support the Crisis Management On‑Call Team during major events.
