NGBS is Hiring | Design Quality Specialist – Automotive Industry

As part of our growing activities, NGBS is looking for a
Design Quality Specialist
to join an exciting project in the automotive industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the product development process.

• Monitor Part Readiness and support RFQ (Request for Quotation) activities.

• Manage technical issues, defects, and corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and standards.

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and project teams to ensure effective issue resolution.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Engineering degree in Mechanical,



Industrial, Automotive, Quality Engineering, or a related field.

• Previous experience in the automotive industry

• Experience in risk management, defect management, and product development processes.

• Knowledge of PLM tools, ideally SIRIUS

• Familiarity with Part Readiness and RFQ processes.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to adapt quickly and become operational in a fast-paced environment.

• English proficiency is mandatory.; Spanish is an advantage.
