About the role

Rozmova & Clearly is a mental health marketplace that connects clients with licensed therapists. You'll own how we talk to users after sign-up, across email and WhatsApp. The goal is a channel that grows revenue and retention, and feels like care, not pressure.

This is a senior, hands-on role. You'll work closely with product, engineering and analytics, and have real autonomy over what we send, when, and to whom.

What you'll do
- Own CRM across email and WhatsApp: strategy, flows, contact policy and results.
- Build and improve lifecycle flows (onboarding, activation, reactivation, win-back) based on user behaviour and product signals.
- Own segmentation: know which user attributes and events we have, and work with product on what's missing.
- Set up and maintain channel integrations together with engineering.
- Run a regular testing cadence and measure impact in revenue and retention, not just opens and clicks.
- Build channel reporting and explain results simply to the team.
- Keep communication caring, private and on-brand:



nothing in a subject line or preview should reveal that someone is in therapy.

What you bring
- 4+ years in CRM / lifecycle / retention marketing in product companies, including 2+ years owning the channel end-to-end with a revenue KPI.
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io, Braze, Iterable or similar, including the data model, event-triggered campaigns and API/webhooks.
- Comfort with data: you build your own reports and know how to prove that a campaign actually worked.
- Solid deliverability and GDPR basics.
- Strong writing and an ethical, care-driven approach to retention.
