Western Europe Regional Revenue Ops

Your ultimate goal is to accelerate the Revenue Growth in Western Europe Business Units

(Germany, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Finland, Sweden).





Your daily job consist in working very closely with local Sales & Marketing Directors and their

respective teams. You must ensure that people, technology, processes and data are as

effective as possible.

Who are you?

• Are very operational and with a high business sense.

• Are an excellent communicator to influence, embark, convince Sales Directors

• Have a strong data and sales culture

• Have experience in multinational companies

• Have 8-12 years of experience, mixing consulting and Sales & Marketing expertise

Concretely:

• You are a DO-ER who execute best practices at the right speed & in close collaboration with

the BUs.

• You therefore, foster fast change management with pragmatic and actionable insights.

• You must feel Accountable for the revenue growth (one of your annual targets will depend

on the revenue growth of the WE Region).
