What will your mission be?
You will be part of the Telemarketing Team, identifying business opportunities and generating qualified leads for the sales team through targeted B2B campaigns.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing telemarketing campaigns targeting the German market.
- Contacting B2B clients and prospects to identify business opportunities.
- Generating and qualifying leads for the sales teams.
- Presenting campaigns and products in a professional and consultative manner.
- Recording and reporting commercial activities using CRM tools.
- Following up on business opportunities and active campaigns.
- Collaborating with international marketing and sales teams.
- Working towards defined objectives and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the team.

What are we looking for?
- Education & Experience
- Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, inside sales, B2B customer service, or similar roles.
- Experience working towards sales targets and performance metrics.
- Experience in technical environments or consultative sales will be considered a plus.
