Our partner is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager based in Spain. Join a fast-growing, international team developing data products that help businesses build and scale innovative solutions. As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will manage the entire customer journey for API and data product clients, from onboarding and integration to adoption, renewals, and expansion. Working closely with Product, Sales, Support, Engineering, and Marketing, you will translate customer needs into actionable improvements and growth opportunities. This role combines technical curiosity, relationship management, and commercial ownership in a remote-first environment. You will have the autonomy to shape customer success practices and contribute directly to the growth of an important business area. Accountabilities: You will own a portfolio of API and data product customers, guiding them toward successful integrations, stronger product adoption, and long-term business growth. You will be accountable for customer outcomes, relationship development, revenue retention,



and expansion while coordinating internal teams to resolve challenges and deliver value. - Manage a portfolio of customers using one or more APIs, with a focus on Net Revenue Retention (NRR), customer satisfaction, and account growth. - Develop customer success plans with clear objectives, priorities, milestones, and next steps. - Lead regular customer meetings and proactively maintain engagement to keep projects progressing. - Understand customers’ products, business models, and technical requirements, recommending suitable data, API endpoints, and integration approaches. - Identify opportunities for account expansion, manage the process from discovery through upgrade, and support commercial growth. - Lead onboarding and sales-to-customer-success handovers, ensuring alignment on customer goals and expectations. - Represent customer needs internally by sharing insights and opportunities with Product, Sale
