Experience At least 5 years’ experience managing complex industrial projects, ideally involving new-build projects (factory construction, industrial equipment deployment,etc.). Skills * Strong experience in industrial project management: ability to structure and manage complex projects involving numerous interfaces, and to control schedules, budgets and industrial risks. * Knowledge of MS Project is an advantage * Good understanding of the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases. * Good understanding of industrial processes and total costs (TCO). * Technical curiosity and an interest in understanding technical and operational challenges. * Strong analytical, synthesis and forward-planning skills. * Autonomy, pragmatism,



results orientation and the ability to escape critical issues quickly. * Ability to bring people together, negotiate and work in an international, multicultural environment.
