You'll join our Anti-Financial Crime team and work closely with Ludmila Moroniewicz, our Lead Anti-Financial Crime Germany & CDD,



to protect our growing German client base from financial crime risks.️ Perform enhanced investigations on suspicious client activities and issue Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) to the German FIU when necessary.Ensure reporting quality: Investigate cases escalated by the transaction monitoring team, assess risk, and recommend next steps.Contribute to improving investigation processes and documentation standards as Qonto's German operations scale.️ What we're looking forAML/Financial Crime experience: You have first experience in AML, Financial Crime, or Compliance — ideally in fintech or banking. Quality and throughput: You deliver high-quality work while managing multiple cases in parallel — you know how to prioritise without cutting corners.German proficiency: Native or C1 German is required for this role.
