JOB DESCRIPTION Ecolab has an opening for a Marketing & Sales Trainee in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a general organization while contributing to strategic commercial, sustainability and employee engagement initiatives.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support key business projects and develop valuable skills in project management, communication, marketing and sales operations.

How you'll make an impact
Support project management activities related to Ops Council initiatives and other cross-functional projects. Participate in Water Circularity initiatives and support the monitoring of cross-selling opportunities. Assist in preparing presentations, project updates and communication materials for internal stakeholders. Support the coordination and promotion of Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities. Contribute to the development of marketing and sales materials. Provide administrative and organizational support for ongoing commercial and business projects. Explore and leverage AI and digital tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve efficiency and ways of working. Collaborate with teams across the organization to support business priorities and deliver project objectives.
