The team's mission is to turn Cards into a sustainable growth and income engine for ING Spain, driving customer acquisition, activation, usage and engagement, developing distinctive propositions and building strategic partnerships. We work end-to-end, customer-focused and data-driven, bringing together Business, Tech, Ops and other key stakeholders to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.Your key responsibilities:Own the Cards growth strategy, commercial performance and roadmap.Drive acquisition, activation, usage, engagement and retention across debit and credit cards.Lead the development of distinctive Cards propositions and new growth opportunities.Build and manage strategic partnerships with schemes, processors, wallets, merchants and fintechs.Drive a data-led commercial approach, managing funnels, customer value and Cards economics.Prioritise the Cards growth portfolio and make customer, commercial and capacity trade-offs.Lead multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders across ING and external partners.Ensure strong risk management, execution and benefits realisation.Contribute to the overall Payments strategy, scorecard and One Payments ambition.What are we looking for?Want to know if this job is made for you?
