Our client is an ambitious private investment and acquisition group pursuing a buy-and-build strategy across multiple sectors.After successfully acquiring and transforming businesses in Packaging and Health & Wellbeing, the group is now entering a significant growth phase, with an active acquisition pipeline and clearly defined expansion plans.To accelerate execution, they are seeking a commercially driven fundraiser who can identify, engage and secure capital from debt providers, family offices, private investors, specialist lenders and institutional funding partners.This is not an introducer role.The successful candidate will own fundraising from origination through negotiation, term sheets, and completion, working closely with a highly experienced leadership team.What You Will Do Develop and execute capital raising strategies aligned to acquisition and growth objectivesOriginate and build relationships with lenders, family offices, HNW investors, credit funds and private equity investorsLead fundraising mandates from first engagement through to funding completionRefine and enhance investment materials, financial narratives and fundraising propositionsManage investor communications and due diligence processesAdvise on debt,



equity and blended funding structuresSupport acquisition activity through effective financing solutionsDrive momentum throughout fundraising cycles, ensuring opportunities progress efficientlyBuild a scalable investor network and repeatable capital raising process for future growthWhat We're Looking For Proven track record raising debt and/or equity capital within the UK marketExperience supporting acquisitive businesses, private equity-backed organisations or buy-and-build platformsDemonstrable success securing funding from investors, lenders, family offices or institutional capital providersAbility to manage fundraising processes independently from origination through to closeStrong commercial judgement and confidence operating with senior stakeholdersExisting network capable of generating credible funding opportunitiesEntrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action and deliveryComfortable working within a fractional or consultancy modelSuccess in this role will require resilience, commercial creativity, exceptional relationship management skills and a genuine passion for helping ambitious businesses scale.#J-18808-Ljbffr
