WHAT YOU’LL DO: Define and drive the P&C AI strategy, roadmap, and portfolio priorities to deliver measurable business valueBuild, manage, and scale a portfolio of AI products, agents, and automation solutions across the P&C functionEvaluate, prioritize, and translate business opportunities into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plansOwn AI demand intake, product backlogs, and portfolio performance metrics, ensuring value realization and adoptionCollaborate with stakeholders across P&C, IT, Data, Security, and Digital teams to successfully deliver AI-powered solutionsEnsure all AI products and initiatives align with governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI principlesLead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of AI professionals while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvementAct as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving organizational change, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of AI capabilities globally SKILLS & CAPABILITIES: University degree in a relevant field5-10 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Leadership, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, AI Solutions, or related areasProven success in defining product strategy, roadmaps,
