Our Project Management team plans, coordinates, and controls construction and market‑research activities.MISIÓNThe Operations Project Manager supports the technical and operational aspects (project cost control, technical and project risks analysis, planning submission, procurement, negotiating and contracting with the design team and contractors, construction procedures, site monitoring, and completion/handover) of the property development process throughout the building phase. He/she ensures all work is completed efficiently and to pre-agreed quality, contractual obligations, approved business plan, and in line with environmental certifications targets.
