We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer - Networks to join our newly established Teltonika office in Madrid and contribute to the continued growth of Teltonika Spain.Teltonika's Networks Business Unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our solutions are used in Industry 4.0, Smart City, Green Energy, security, transportation, retail, and other demanding connectivity environments.We are proud of our products developed and manufactured in Lithuania and are looking for a technically strong and customer-oriented professional to support customers, partners, and the local sales team.In this role, you will: Provide technical support to customers, partners, and integrators using Teltonika Networks productsSupport the Sales team during customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussionsTroubleshoot issues related to networking devices, software, connectivity, and product configurationWork closely with HQ technical teams and R&D to resolve complex technical challengesDeliver product training and prepare technical documentation for internal and external useCollect customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and servicesWhat we expect of you: Fluent Spanish and good written and spoken EnglishTechnical or engineering education in networking, telecommunications, IT,
