Experteer Overview In this role you will steer service processes across large transformation programs and Mu0026amp; A integrations within Electrification Service. You’ll drive standardization and operational excellence by partnering with process owners and stakeholders. You’ll implement end-to-end service workflows and oversee multi-application integrations to connect ERP, CRM, and service platforms. This position combines strategy, governance, and hands-on delivery to unlock business value and scale impact. - Design and maintain process blueprints for service management and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional processes with owners for opportunity management, order handling, field service, master data and installed base
- Lead end-to-end service process implementations and establish monitoring against value metrics
- Plan and assess integration of acquired companies’ operating models, applications, and processes
- Design multi-application integration strategies linking ERP, CRM, sales,
and field service systems
- Ensure data flow and process synchronization across disparate systems
- Establish integration governance, standards, and documentation
- Collaborate with IT and system architects to define data mappings and optimize processes
- Manage and support Mu0026A and transformation projects within the service domain
- Train local units and share best practices across the organizationResponsabilidades
- 10+ years in service management or customer service in service-oriented or manufacturing contexts
- Strong understanding of service management processes
- Deep knowledge of SAP Service Management; SAP S/4HANA experience highly preferred
- Project management and change management experience
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of operational excellence
- University degree: Master of Science / MBA in Business Administration, International Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fieldRequisitos principales
