Your job is not accounting, not FP&A, not payroll, it’s making suremoney flows correctly, on time, and without friction .You will work daily with our operational teams:Supply(boat owners)Sales(tenants & bookings)Customer Care(after-sales, incidents, changes)Your missionOperations & Cash Management (≈60%)You’ll be at the heart of daily operations:Review and manage customer payments and partner payoutsHandle booking changes (modifications, cancellations)Ensure commissions, amounts and currencies are correctSupervise daily payment flows handled by internsResolve complex or high-impact cases that don’t fit standard proceduresValidate large payment batches and exceptional transfersThis is a role for someone who likes numbers + problem-solving,
