Experteer Overview In this role you lead complex Offshore Automation projects in an international setting, guiding initiatives from tender through commissioning and handover. You will influence standardization of technical solutions and improve project execution to boost economic performance. You’ll work with general teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver reliable automation solutions. - Lead complex Offshore Automation sub-projects with accountable execution, cost, schedule, quality, risk and customer satisfaction
- Serve as the main interface among customers, engineering teams, commissioning, suppliers, and international partners
- Drive international project execution while meeting high customer expectations for reliability and delivery
- Ensure all contractual, technical, commercial and project-specific requirements are understood, aligned, and fulfilled
- Proactively manage risks, claims, changes, and deviations throughout the project lifecycle
- Integrate standardized technical solutions and modular execution to improve quality and scalability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, tools, templates, and project governance




- Leverage digital tools, data transparency, and AI to enhance planning, reporting, decision-making, and collaboration
- Foster a collaborative, cross-functional project culture across locations and culturesResponsabilidades
- A completed technical degree in automation technology, electrical engineering, process automation, computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- PM@Siemens or IPMA certification
- Ideally 10 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in automation or large-scale projects
- Strong experience managing complex technical projects with international stakeholders
- Solid understanding of automation and control systems, software-based solutions, and commissioning interfaces
- Strong commercial awareness with budget and profitability management
- Proven ability to manage risks, changes, and customer expectations in parallel
- Willingness to travel internationally and domestically (40%+)
- Excellent English and Spanish communication; German is a plusRequisitos principales
