- University degree or equivalent education.
- 10 years’ experience in the civil construction industry.
- Proficiency in technical report writing.
- Experience managing contracts with multiple prime-contractors operating simultaneously within one project.
- Experience in the overall construction management of concrete pavements, pre-engineered metal buildings and building refurbishment.
- Experience in the overall project control within infrastructure projects: Cost, Scope and Schedule.
- Experience in communication between project owner, customer and national authorities.
- Knowledge of onsite quality assurance control mechanisms.
- The incumbent should be familiar with data interpretation from topographic surveys and geotechnical in situ testing.
- The incumbent should be familiar with Spanish Construction codes and regulations, with Spanish Health & Safety regulations, as well as with Spanish Infrastructure commissioning and handover process.
- Experience related to airfield construction projects would be an asset.
