You will work onreal estate and industrial construction projects, including residential developments, hotels, offices and industrial warehouses, combining technical expertise with hands‑on project coordination.Within our internationalEPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management)environment, you will contribute fromfeasibility and planning through engineering coordination, procurement, construction management and handover. Working closely with clients, multidisciplinary teams and contractors, you will take ownership of project activities, help keep delivery on schedule and within budget, and develop towards broaderProject Management responsibilities. The role includes weekly travel between Málaga and Madrid.What you’ll doYou will combine technical coordination with project management, working closely with clients, multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors and suppliers.Your responsibilities will include:Contribute tofeasibility studies, project definition, layouts, schedules and investment planning.Coordinate civil, structural and architectural activities and their interfaces with other engineering disciplines.Define and review technical solutions aligned with client requirements, project scope and budget.Support engineering,permitting and procurement, including technical documentation, tender preparation and contractor selection.Coordinate contractors and suppliers, following up on deliverables and deadlines.Supportconstruction management and site supervision,



monitoring progress and resolving technical coordination issues.Track project schedules, costs and risks, preparing progress reports and supporting corrective actions.Participate in client meetings and maintain clear communication across project stakeholders.Support commissioning, handover and project close-out, depending on the assignment.You will take responsibility for defined project activities or work packages, with opportunities to broaden your scope as you develop.The projects you’ll work onResidential developments.Hotels and office buildings.Industrial buildings and warehouses.Projects involving civil works, structures, architecture and building infrastructure.Assignments ranging from targeted improvements to larger developments.What you’ll bringEssentialA degree or master’s degree inCivil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architectureor a related discipline.3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least2 years in project management or project coordination .Experience in residential, hotel, office or industrial warehouse projects.A sound understanding of construction processes and multidisciplinary technical coordination.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage several project activities.Proficiency inMS Office,



with working knowledge ofBIM tools and Presto .Professional working proficiency inSpanish and English .Availability forweekly travel between Málaga and Madridand other national travel as required.
