We support industrial customers and operators of mission-critical infrastructure, particularly within the rapidly growing Data Centre sector, where water management and cooling performance are business-critical.
The Role
Madrid is a growing Data Centre hub and an important focus for Chem‑Aqua's development in Spain. We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Business Development Manager to build strategic opportunities in water treatment and cooling optimisation,



with a particular focus on the Madrid Data Centre market.
You will engage with hyperscalers, colocation providers and major infrastructure operators, developing high-value technical sales opportunities in Madrid and the wider Spanish market while contributing to multi-site and international customer projects.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development – Data Centres
- Identify and target Data Centre operators and relevant decision-makers in Madrid and the wider Spanish market
- Develop and secure multi-site / multi-country agreements
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities
- Drive new customer acquisition within mission-critical environments

Account Expansion & Growth
- Expand existing agreements into additional sites and regions
- Replicate proven technical solutions across customer portfolios
- Accelerate implementation and revenue generation
