Job Description
Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, the VP Sales & Commercial will be responsible for defining and executing the group's commercial strategy across multiple hotel assets.
This role goes beyond traditional hotel sales management and requires a strategic commercial executive capable of driving global revenue generation, strengthening market presence, building key partnerships and positioning the company for its next phase of growth.
The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with a hands-on approach and will be comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-growing environment;
- Define and execute the company's general sales strategy across all hotel assets.
- Lead corporate,



leisure, luxury, MICE and wholesale sales initiatives across key international markets.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic partners including luxury travel networks, consortia, agencies, tour operators and corporate accounts.
- Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to accelerate business opportunities and brand awareness.
- Identify new business opportunities and support expansion plans across Europe and other international markets.
- Expand the company's presence across Europe and other target markets.
- Collaborate closely with hotel leadership teams to maximise commercial performance.
