Job Description:
The Senior Clinical Science Specialist is an advanced team member who demonstrates strong clinical expertise, commercial acumen, and account leadership. This role manages complex accounts, engages diverse stakeholders, and leverages data to drive strategic decisions and outcomes. Senior CSS consistently perform at a high level, with fluent capabilities and growing mastery in key areas.
This role will be responsible for the North Florida territory which includes the upper third portion of the state of FL, including as far east as Tallahassee and surrounding areas. (the role does not include the Panhandle).
WHAT - Main Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed objectives associated with assigned brands. These may include sales, share, and other quantitative and qualitative KPIs as determined in a periodic basis
- Effectively and professionally navigate through complex multi-stakeholder organization
