As a ProcurementSpecialistat Arkadia Space, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of the materials, components, equipment and services required for our engineering, production and day-to-day operations.
You will manage purchasing activities, coordinate with suppliers and work closely with Engineering, Production, Finance and other internal teams to ensure that procurement needs are met in line with technical specifications, delivery schedules, quality standards and budget requirements.
This is a hands‑on role combining purchasing operations, supplier management, supply chain coordination and process improvement. As Arkadia continues to grow and scale its production capabilities,



you will contribute to building efficient, reliable and well‑structured procurement processes.
What you'll be doing
Manage purchasing activities, from supplier quotations and purchase orders to delivery follow‑up.
Source, evaluate and coordinate suppliers, considering cost, quality, lead times and technical requirements.
Negotiate commercial conditions, including prices, payment terms and Incoterms.
Coordinate with Engineering and Production to understand purchasing needs and ensure material availability.
Monitor orders, deliveries and supplier performance, identifying delays and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate purchasing documentation, including purchase orders, invoices and supplier certifications.
Coordinate goods receipt and incoming material checks, record inventory movements accurately in the ERP, monitor stock levels and support periodic inventory counts and stock discrepancy resolution.
