Natural Area Consulting Management Services is seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Consultant to join our Perth-based environmental consulting team. This is a leadership role for a highly organised and technically capable environmental professional with strong knowledge of Western Australian flora, fauna, and regulatory frameworks.

You will play a key role and contribute to meaningful environmental outcomes on projects across Western Australia, while mentoring and developing graduate and junior consultants. The position involves a balance of office-based work in Malaga and fieldwork across metropolitan and regional WA.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Environmental Consultant, you will report to the Principal Environmental Consultant and your responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple environmental consulting projects from proposal through to completion, including scope, budget, scheduling, reporting, and close out.
- Leading, mentoring, reviewing and providing feedback to junior and graduate consultants, fostering technical development and professional growth.
- Undertaking and overseeing flora, fauna, vegetation, and environmental surveys across WA bioregions.
- Preparing environmental reports, management plans, monitoring programs, and regulatory documentation.
- Assisting with environmental approvals and compliance processes at local, state, and federal levels.
