Experteer Overview As an Import u0026amp; Export Documentation Expert, you ensure compliant, on-time logistics for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods across borders. You will collaborate with Distribution Management, Transport Execution, and IT to optimize documentation, GDP compliance, and performance KPIs. You drive process improvements and digitalization within general logistics operations. This role combines regulatory rigor with hands-on planning to support efficient, customer-focused delivery at scale. You’ll contribute to a compliant, sustainable logistics ecosystem that enables Bayer’s global supply chain.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Prepare import/export documentation per country rules to support planning and execution
- Run manual transport shipments when needed
- Assist customs activities and supply GDP documentation
- Manage order-to-invoice cycle ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare export documents for transport execution (invoices, packing lists, Origin certificates, DG docs)




- Support trade compliance and GDP documentation
- Contribute to transport performance monitoring and customer satisfaction
- Assist setup and optimization of new routings, lanes, and product launches
- Support continuous improvement initiatives including automation, digitalization, and sustainability in logistics strategyResponsabilidades
- University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 2 years in supply chain/logistics, preferably pharma or regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of legal, regulatory, and GMP/GxP requirements in FMCG/pharma distribution
- Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics processes; transport planning and execution experience
- SAP R/3 knowledge (SD and MM); WMS knowledge desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Dangerous Goods training a plus
