This role oversees the systems, teams, and operational practices that enable the game to ship reliably, perform consistently, and respond quickly to the needs of both players and developers.You’ll lead the production strategy acrossLive Operations, the LiveOps Calendar, Live Performance, and GameOps Tooling, ensuring the organization can execute thousands of live changes safely while continually improving speed, quality, and operational efficiency.This is not a role that operates solely from the executive level. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable defining multi-year operational strategy as they are diving into release schedules, incidents, production bottlenecks, tooling workflows, and execution details.
