Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Packaging Compliance Hub to ensure regulatory alignment and safe, scalable packaging solutions. You will provide global packaging engineering support across design, materials, validation, and supplier qualification, coordinating governance and data updates. You will translate regulations into actionable measures and drive digitalization of the Packaging Passport framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity, quality, and sustainability in packaging across regions. This is a hands-on role with high impact on regulatory compliance and packaging excellence at a integral scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead the Packaging Compliance Hub with regulatory monitoring, governance, and global alignment
- Translate regulations into actionable technical and business measures
- Centralize and manage digitalization of the Packaging Passport framework
- Provide technical packaging expertise across design, materials, supplier qualification, validation, standardization, and performance
- Coordinate updates to the global packaging database
- Address customer packaging queries, regulatory questions,
and change communications; advance digitalization of interactions
- Support regional packaging introductions and transitions to ensure continuity and compliance excellence
- Identify and train teams on best practices and technical packaging guidelinesResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Packaging
- Master's degree in Engineering is an advantage
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a global industrial business environment with cross-functional project management
- Strong technical packaging knowledge
- Solid understanding of packaging-related regulations (Quality, Sustainability, EHS)
- Experience in project and change management
