We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a high level of English to join the Industrial Solutions Customer Service team based in Terrassa, Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer purchase orders and building strong relationships with assigned accounts. You will work closely with the sales team to support business growth across the Export region.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess, monitor, and follow-up customers' purchasing ordersEnsure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customersProvide delivery commitment to customers and follow-up on order activity, to alert customers and sales team in case of discrepanciesManage invoice creation, corrections, and the return of the material activitiesReceive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability, through efficient and friendly communication with customers, to maintain excellent customer relationshipsCoordinate internally with other departments, such as sales, logistics, finance, and production, to keep all aware of customer activitiesRelevant Experience and SkillsMinimum of 2 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logisticsWorking knowledge of MS Office packages and OutlookKnowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, export documents, payment terms and CRM are an assetFluent level of English is required; knowledge of Turkish would be a strong assetFlexibility, ability to multitask, to manage time and to adopt to changesPro-active attitude, ability to take decisions when necessary,
