Description Imagine Live is looking for an experienced Pit Boss to oversee live gaming operations in our Madrid studio. This role is key to ensuring game integrity, operational excellence, and a high-quality player experience in a fast-paced environment. The position is shift-based. Responsibilities * Supervise live table operations and ensure full compliance with gaming procedures and standards * Monitor dealer performance and provide real-time feedback and support * Act as the main point of escalation for operational issues during the shift * Ensure fair play and monitor player behavior, reporting any irregularities * Handle live chat interactions related to complaints, disputes,
