About the job Job purpose As a Job title, your main objective is to * Contribute to the development and deployment of Global AXA Business Continuity Management Framework and End-to-End Business Resilience approach. * Monitor the alignment of AXA entities with the Global Business Continuity Framework and the End-to-End Business Resilience methodology. * Support and guide DORA-in-scope entities in the identification of Critical Important Functions (CIFs). * Serve as a point of contact for Business Continuity Management, providing advisory support as required. * Develop and deliver best-practice materials to help entities to implement their local Business Continuity programs * Establish and maintain relationships with entity BCM representatives, providing ongoing support and guidance to global teams. * Provide continuous oversight to entities and produce executive governance reporting. * Contribute to the development and implementation of Supply Resilience framework. * Support the Crisis Management On-Call Team during major events. Main missions Your responsibilities include:
