You will work closely with senior management and different areas of the business, gaining exposure to operational analysis, KPI monitoring, process improvement and project management.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport senior management in thesupervision, analysis, review and transformation of operational procedures .AnalyseKPIs and operational reportsto identify trends and areas for improvement.Preparepresentations and analytical materialsfor different business areas and projects within the scope of the Operations Team.Liaise and coordinate withexternal parties, suppliers and internal teams .Participate inproject management initiatives in Spain .What We’re Looking ForExcellentanalytical,



presentation and communication skills .Up to2 years of professional experiencein highly analytical roles will be considered a plus.Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint .Self-motivated, proactive anddetail-oriented, with the ability to take initiative.Previous experience in aBig Four firm or similar environmentwill be considered a plus.Strong interest in developing a career inOperations and Investment Management .Knowledge ofMicrosoft SQL and experience working with querieswill be considered a plus.EducationBachelor’s degree from a leading university, preferably inEconomics or Business Administration and Management .LanguagesFluent inEnglish and Spanish .Why This Role?This position offers the opportunity to develop your analytical and business skills while working closely with senior professionals and participating in projects with direct exposure to different areas of the organisation.
