About the Project We are looking for a Session Director to support live, supervised voice recording sessions for a multilingual conversational AI project in Spanish. In this role,you'llfacilitaterecording sessions, provide real-time participant coaching, andmonitortechnical quality throughout, helping ensure recordings are natural, authentic, and meet project specifications. What You'll Do Manage session facilitation, real-time coaching, and recording quality monitoring throughout each session

Complete approximately 8 hours of calibration prior to production,observingsessions to align on facilitation style, recordingobjectives, and workflow

Support recording sessions independently following calibration

Monitor recordings in real time, resolving technical or conversational issues as they arise to minimize re-records

What We're Looking For Native-level fluency in Spanish (Spain)

Experiencefacilitatingrecording sessions and coaching participants for natural, authentic delivery

Comfortable managing real-time technical quality monitoring (file format, recording specifications) during live sessions

Available to support sessions running approximately 4 hours each

Commitment & Compensation Estimated time:Approximately 8hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant

Compensation: $55.00 USD per hour
