Your main responsibilities will include:

Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries.

Managing orders, changes and returns.

Providing excellent customer service through different communication channels.

Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing effective solutions.

Requisitos

Fluent English and Spanish essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented, proactive and solution-focused.

Good PC and systems knowledge.





Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Well organized, reliable and adaptable.
