Key responsibilities/tasks:

· Prepare, manage, and verify international export and trade documentation (invoices, packing lists, origin certificates, customs forms, and health certificates).

· Coordinate international shipping operations, liaising directly with freight forwarders, carriers, and the operations department to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

· Work together closely with Sales, Administration, Finance, and Operations to streamline order processing and ensure smooth cross-departmental workflows.

· Monitor export shipment status, maintain accurate tracking records, and ensure strict compliance with destination country import/export regulations.

· Provide back-office administrative support and assist in resolving logistics or documentation related customer inquiries.

Profile and requirements:

· Experience in export documentation, logistics coordination, or back-office administration

· Professional proficiency in both English & either Spanish or Catalan is a must

· Comfortable working in a small company environment with high responsibility across different departments

· Independent, detail-oriented, and results driven

· Proximity to our offices in Catalonia (area of Barcelona) — In-office role (no remote or hybrid work)
